Teacher @ch3rlieflow ・・・ ✌️Be kind to your wrists by prepping them before you practice. ⠀ When we are about to put a lot of weight on our hands it’s good to warm up the wrist joint beforehand. This helps activate the muscles before movement which increases blood flow to your muscles and helps to improve mobility. It doesn’t matter if you are playing table tennis or lifting weights... warming up your wrist before you practice makes for happy wrists ☺️ ⠀ 👊You can practice these in any order and you don’t even need to do all nine of them to feel the benefit. ⠀ Next time you are about to practice whether it’s yoga or something a little different, incorporate these into your routine... your wrists will thank you 🙏
