Sometimes I feel tired but not painful ... this should be right.. . . Teacher @yogawithbriohny ・・・ If you're experiencing shoulder pain after your yoga practice, this might be the reason ⬆️⁠ ⁠ I've found that yoga students tend to complain about pain more frequently in externally rotated standing poses like side-angle and triangle.⁠ When one arm is reaching up, a lot of students ⁠will open the hand way beyond the shoulder instead of opening the shoulder - the original goal of the pose.⁠ ⁠ So if you or your students are experiencing pain, do this:⁠ ▶️Stack your shoulders ⁠ ▶️Stack your hand with your shoulder⁠ ▶️As you revolve, open from the shoulder ⁠ ▶️Align the hand above it rather than cranking ⁠open⁠ ⁠ Can you feel the difference?
