[日本語は👇] Homemade Ragu Pasta💖 I followed @thepastaprince 's recipe for Simple Plant-based Ragu, and it turned out AH-mazing😋 A delicious sauce that was quite simple to make. You only need basic ingredients. Plus, he has an easy-to-follow tutorial on IGTV😁 The ingredients: ・Plant-based mince or lentils ・Tomatoes ・White onions ・Celery ・Bay leaves ・Carrots ・White wine ・Veg stock ・Tomato concentrate (details for this recipe is on his 6/18 post) ✨ For anyone looking for a tasty recipe for ragu, or other Italian dishes, I highly recommend @thepastaprince 👍 ✨ P.S. For those in Japan, I used GF pasta from @kobayashiseimen , and for the parmesan cheese I grated Beyond Tofu from @sagamiya.food .
