Vegan Tuna Salad Sandwich ヴィーガン・ツナサンド Using my Aquafaba Mayonnaise, I made a vegan Tuna Salad from chickpeas. A natural course of action, right😉? The main ingredients all come from the same can😁 (the recipe for Aquafaba Mayonnaise is on my previous post) For this Tuna Salad, I simply mixed the following ingredients: ・1 cup chickpeas (mashed) ・1 tbsp diced celery ・2 tbsp diced dill pickles ・1 tbsp diced red onions ・2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise ・salt and pepper to taste ・1/2 tbsp shredded nori seaweed (optional) Adding nori seaweed gives it a fish/tuna like flavor😁 💖 Thank you to those who have tried my recipes and given me feedback.
