by @kotomi_rawfood_world🌿 ・・・ Raw　不知火のクレープ包み （ English Below ） Rawクレープ生地のレシピ改良にハマってた時、クレープ生地はこんな風に柔らかく包みたいというのが創るイメージのゴールでした。 クレープ生地のレシピパターンは15パターンを超えて、笑。オタクレベルですね。笑。すでに自覚してます😅。 納得するクレープの生地もできたのでイメージ通りのケーキを作りました♪ これは、クレープの中に何が入ってるかなぁってワクワクしながら食べれる心をくすぐるスイーツです😌。 上にかけたソースは先日のRawクレープシュゼットで使用したRaw不知火のソース。 クレープの中にはレアチーズと不知火ムースをレイヤードにしたRawケーキを包みました。 ケーキだけで食べてもおいしいけど、包まれたケーキはよりテンション上がります☆ ここからは自己満足の感想でと～っても美味しかった😊！。 オールプラントベース、非加熱、グルテンフリーのナチュラルケーキ☆ 日常が戻りつつあるように感じながらもやはり今までとは違う感覚がぬぐい切れませんね。 元気でいること、気持ち前向きいること、今にフォーカスして日々感謝。 今日も見てくださり本当にありがとうございました♡ Raw Shiranui （Japanese orange）Crepe Wrap When I was addicted to improving the recipe for raw crepe dough, the goal was to make the crepe dough soft and wrap like this. There are more than 15 recipe patterns for crepe dough, lol. It's a geek level. I'm already aware ☆ I was able to make convincing crepe dough, so I made a cake as I imagined ♪ These are sweets that tickle my heart while I am excited about what's inside the crepe. The sauce above is the raw Shiranui sauce I used the other day at Raw Crepe Suzette. Inside the crepe, I wrapped a raw cake with Raw cheese and Raw Shiranui filling layered. It was delicious to eat just the cake, but the wrapped cake will give me more fun☆ It was delicious💕! All-plant based, non-heated, gluten-free natural cake ☆ Although I feel that my everyday life is returning, I still can't wipe out a different feeling from before. I am grateful that I'm fine, I'm positive, and I'm focusing on now.
