Mango sticky rice is one of my favourite dishes. Unfortunately Mangos are very expensive in Japan but I got some at Costco for a decent price the other day. I don't have a steamer at home and I didn't want to buy one. Luckily I found this recipe @thaitable_com which explains how to make the rice in a microwave. Now does it taste like the Mango sticky rice you can get in Thailand at the street market? No. But considering I made it in 15 min in the microwave it's a good recipe. Will make it again until I go to Thailand next time.
