It was the best💕　 　 ビーガンのバナナと胡桃のマフィン🍌　 　 先日　 @mauimarioceanjewelry まりさんからいただいたアップルバナナを冷凍しておいたのでそれを使って焼きました。 まりさんにビーガンの焼き菓子はパサパサするイメージだけど、しっとりしていてびっくり💕とうれしいお言葉をいただきました。　 　 甘さはメープルシロップで。簡単につくれて、朝ごはんになるビーガンマフィンが、だいすきです。　 　 焼きたてもいいけど、あまって冷凍しておいて オーブンで温めなおして表面がさらにカリカリになった時がまた最高です。
