[English below👇] @mr.farmer_ でよく食べていたグリーンサラダ… 食べに行きたいけど、今はもう少し我慢の時😉 とりあえず、マイ・バージョンを作ってみました😁 野菜は：ケール、アボカド、ズッキーニ、アスパラ、ベビーリーフ、アルファルファ、パクチー、とキヌア ドレッシングはレモン・タヒニドレッシング： ・タヒニ or 練ごま　大さじ２ ・レモン汁　大さじ２ ・メープルシロップ　大さじ１ ・水　大さじ１〜２(お好みのトロミ感に合わせて) ・塩とコショウ　少々 早く好きなレストランに、好きな時、行けるようになりますように🙏💕 All Green Salad🌱 One of my favorite salads is an all green salad from @mr.farmer_ Since it might be a little while longer until I can go to the restaurant, I decided to make my own version of a salad with only green veggies😁 The salad has: ・Kale seasoned with nutritional yeast ・Avocado ・Zuccini ・Asparagus ・Baby leaf ・Alfalfa Sprouts ・Coriander ・Quinoa I made a simple lemon tahini dressing with: ・2 tbsp tahini ・2 tbsp lemon juice ・1tbsp maple syrup ・1〜2 tbsp water (depending on desired consistency) ・pinch of salt and pepper Hopefully soon, we can go back to visiting our favorite restuarants whenever we want🙏💕 #greensalad #veganforanimals #ヴィーガン
