Smoked meatballs with melted cheese being reverse seared in the Weber GA 🧀 These super easy balls of love are a great meal to cook in advance or have with a salad for dinner. 🧀 Prep: - I rolled beef mince into balls and placed a piece of tasty cheddar cheese in the middle.
