Charcuterie board for one. ✨ I couldn’t not share this, because this simple little board contains what might be the best cheese I’ve ever had in my life! The white truffle Brie from @formaggiokitchen rocked my world, and it’s well worth the splurge. Creamy and buttery, with a line of marscapone and real white truffles running through the center, it’s fragrant, rich and absolutely delicious (check out photo #2 for a closeup!). Only offered seasonally, you’ll want to run, not walk, to Formaggio Kitchen to get your hands on some of this heavenly goodness before it’s gone. I also indulged in some of their Ribiola Due Latte, made with both cow and sheep’s milk, and this one is high up there on my list as well. Earthy, creamy and a little salty, it paired perfectly with my favorite Italian truffle honey (procured from @monicasboston). Perfectly ripe right now, it was also delicious with the salami medley I had picked up while at Formaggio Kitchen as well. Would also be awesome spread on some crusty bread! I enjoyed this board with a glass of sparkling rosé, and it just may have been the highlight of my weekend! 🥂
