Figured I was about due for an update on (mostly) Blakey girl and myself. She just woke up from a nap during my garage workout but we are both all smiles. Our girl is 5 months now and a whopping 17lbs. She is literally the smiliest baby I’ve ever seen (as others say so as well🤪) she has started solids and LOVESSS food just as much as her momma and daddy. She sits up by herself, sleeps in her own crib & through the night! BIG GIRL VIBES! As far as myself goes I’m happy and loving life. Postpartum has gotten so much easier but I still have my days. Time really does cure all but I do a lot more things for mental health that has made a difference; podcasts, take me time when I need it and always try to let me bf in on how I feel sometimes just sharing I’m having a bad day, it helps. Oh and crying in the shower 🤷🏼‍♀️ this girl has changed my life in so many ways. She is my little best friend and can’t wait for her first Christmas 🥳 anyway ta ta till tomorrow 🙋🏼‍♀️ PS would you guys be interested in a home workout plan?
