In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we spoke to @momoxtravel on how fitness is essential for her mental health when travelling. - "Fitness has been very helpful for my physical body as well as mental health. I always bring my fitness clothes with me when I travel, and I make it a habit to exercise while traveling, especially to keep my mental health in check and to refresh myself from the anxiety of a new place and the stress of long flights and trains. Fitness helps me build my confidence and free my mind, and it also helps me adjust my body clock due to the time difference. If I work out in the morning when I am traveling and then go out, I can be positive and energetic all day long. I have a busy lifestyle, always working even when I am traveling, so fitness is essential for me to reduce pressure and stress and keep my mind stable. The mental health benefits of fitness help me to perform at my best at all times and in all places."
