This is me, tired and emotionally drained after work and homeschooling. Let’s be honest. Nobody in this world is absolutely happy and healthy at this challenging time. We are just faking it to make it. That’s all. I am hoping that our future is still bright, our children will be safe, our precious elders will survive this, and the environment surrounding us will still include humans as coexisting creatures. I’m here, hanging in there just barely...I’m acknowledging that I’m not okay, this is not normal. And the idea that we will somehow see the other side together comfort me. No suggestion, no advice, no future plans. Just stay in the moment and notice where I exactly stand at this moment. Be safe, be kind, be still. Xo
