I like the moment when opening of the flap after guided bone regeneration. Easy to rase a flap mean bone was regenerated well. But if you feel some resistance when open it,,, cross your finger! 🤞🤞🤞 This case was missing lateral incisor, bone level height was prrtty good however impossible to place implant due to very thin bone. I was actually asking patient, you just need a three unit bridge because adjacent teeth are having PFM crown but patient wanna floss it. Just floss it? Hmm, interesting but I educated patient to do floss all of teeth so I can get it. 😗😗😗 Anyway, in order to place implant, need a GBR before hand. This case is actually easy to do GBR because horizontal bone peak of neighboring area is high, kind of three wall defect. According to Zitzmann, surrounding bony walls provided sufficient stability for the blood clot, then D Busier also following in his EIP concepts. 😘😘😘 I was using allografts in this case however difficult to get that material in Japan, beta-TCP is kind of popular graft material here, I don't like it... 🤒🤒🤒 Anyway, now patient having implant supported crown and can floss it!!!
