Implant on tooth no 9 with GBR, everything was good, was a nice surgical procedure however tooth no 8 has an attachmebt loss, no papilla as you can see here. Before delivering final prosthesis, asked patient about shape of crown on the implant. First option is making veneer on 8 and changing shape of crown, second option is do nothing and making implant crown looks asymmetrically, or third option gonn be doing CTG to filled up a space between 8 and 9 then regaining papilla. Which one you like? 🤔🤔🤔 First option, looks may be wired... Zenith of tooth no 8 and 9 will be on the mesial and long contact but filled up the black triangle. No saliva coming out! 😎😎😎 Second option, will be looks acceptable and easy to finish it but with black triangle. If patient has low smile line, will be ok? For sure? 😕😕😕 Third option may be challenging, using CTG for implant papilla is ok, but for tooth? Making deep pocket? Long junctional epitherium attachment? Thinking of perio around tooth, better not to have a deep pocket. 🤞🤞🤞 This case, discussed with patient and decided to pick option two.
