@dr.takanorisuzuki Implant therapy is a good treatment and predictable however sometime things go wrong. Especially lifelong craniofacial growth is difficult to predict. This case, implant was placed long time ago at the outaide of country, as you can see implant restoration was intruding deeply and lost bone buccal and palatal, now there is vertical defect. According to Daftary, changes inocclusion, opened contact as result of tweth migration, and changing in anterior esthetic results. Sounds very tough 🤔🤔🤔 ⠀ This case, I removed implant and GBR after that however using piezo and sectioned bone with implant then move it, like distraction osteogenesis way. Articles from Tremblay or Mendonça are well described.
