Question is just place healing abutment with ignoring bone loss, or do something such as cleaning implant surface and do guided bone regeneration? 🤔🤔🤔 Better to do controlling inflammation around implant, at least raise a flap and debridement around implant and depend on type of bone defect, do regerative approach.
