First gym sessions since forever!! I must say it’s NOT easy working out while pregnant. I promised myself to continue to workout during my pregnancy, but I forgot how hard it really is🙇🏼‍♀️ You get out of breathe by just standing up😅 You’re dead after one staircase💀 And you just feel so weak. So don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t workout, it’s not easy.
