毎月のフォローメール｜Monthly follow-up email こんにちは、うちまです。 今年も残すところあと4ヶ月ですよ！（笑） 今日は、就職した外国人のみなさんに毎月送っているメールについてご紹介したいと思います。 -----以下----- マリアさん、こんにちは🙋🏻‍♂️ 元気でお仕事頑張っていますか？ 仕事やプライベートで、何か困っていることはありませんか？ 例えば ①ちゃんと約束した給料はもらえてますか？ ②過度な労働、プレッシャーはないですか？ ③その他、仕事やプライベートにおける悩みはありませんか？ など、どんな些細なことでも... もちろん、その都度気になることがあれば、いつでも連絡くださいね。 あなたが今の職場で、楽しく、やりがいをもって働き、幸せであることを願っています。 内間正和 ---------- とはいえ、何度もコミュニケーションをとって家族や友達のような関係性なっているので... 簡単に、「元気？」「仕事は順調？」「なんか困ったことはない？」というふうに尋ねます（笑） ※送るのは英文の方です。 Hello, this is Uchima.
