Let’s be real, we’re all going to be pigging out tomorrow 😂 but I like to start off my day with a quick workout to help speed up my metabolism & make me even more hungry 🤣. So, let’s all start off Thanksgiving morning with this quick workout! . 🦃 Can be done anywhere! From your gym to your living room floor! 🦃 Take your OxyShred or have a black coffee before this workout 🦃 Do not eat before this workout (water is ok) 🦃 I’ve included intermediate AND beginner level modifications! So please pick your level, no excuses! . ❗️Do 4 rounds of the following (20 mins total!) 45 sec of each exercise followed by a 15 sec rest before jumping into the next one 1️⃣ Jump Squats / Bench Squats 2️⃣ V Ups / Double Crunch 3️⃣ Lunge Jumps / Reverse Lunges 4️⃣ Knee Push Ups / Bench Knee Push Ups 5️⃣ Up Downs / High Plank Hold . Let’s get those metabolisms sped up 🔥 and then go HAM for dinner 😂 HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
