Hourglass BACK 😍 Bookmark and save this workout 🔖 . I am currently obsessed with backless tops (yes, even during winter 🥶😂) and this has gotten me that much more excited to train back 💪🏽 a little external motivation never hurt nobody 🤷🏽♀️😂. Ugh a sculpted back is so hot 🥵😍 on both women and men!! It truly creates that hourglass shape (X frame on men). If you aren’t training you’re back, it’s a must‼️ . 1️⃣ ASSISTED PULL UPS- 3x10 with a 3 sec negative on each rep . A classic back exercise! Love it so much, but it’s easy to mess up your form. Keep your chest high, neck long at all times, and squeeze your lats to pull yourself up. Avoid rocking back and forth, no momentum allowed 🙅🏽♀️ . 2️⃣ DUMBBELL ROW- 3x8 at 45 lbs . I’ve been getting a lot stronger at dumbbell rows and I love it!! Remember, form is EVERYTHING on these so please pick a weight that’s challenging, but doable. . 3️⃣ SEATED ROW- 3x8 at 70 lbs . Keep your neck long and shoulders down during the entire set. Think about squeezing your shoulder blades super hard, all the way to your spine. . 4️⃣ LAT EXTENSIONS- 3x15 at 40 lbs . Loved finishing with this exercise and really focusing on the STRETCH portion. Get as deep of a stretch as you can on each rep! . Give these exercises a try and let me know how it goes 💪🏽
