Finally we got some ☀️, so happy we got some rain, but missed the sun! The trail was slippy and the dogs loved it! We had to slow it down a bit but was amazing to exercise outside! I thought I almost stepped on a snake and I had such a fright that my #garmin thought I had an accident, so that’s great to have! We also started a #kylaitsines #12weeks #challenge and it’s amazing to do it with friends, the motivation is real and we are killing it! Thanks to #strava for setting monthly challenges and for #discoveryvitality also for the amazing motivation! I started my #fitness journey when lockdown started, and the scale didn’t work for me! I couldn’t shake kg’s off, but I can definitely recommend to take a before photo and to do that every 2-3 weeks, that will make you so proud and motivate you so much!! I love to look at my progress!
